Q) What is the reformatting service?
A) Basically, you send in a copy of your patriarchal blessing, and
we'll send back a copy of it formatted (in appearance) just like the pages of
the scriptures (in other words, the text will be divided into two columns, each sentence will be
a numbered verse, it will have an italicized heading, and it will have page and chapter numbers).

Q) What are the submission methods?
A) There is an electronic submission method, and a photocopy
submission method. For the electronic submission method you would enter your information on the
Electronic Submission Form,
and either type, or copy-and-paste the text of your blessing into the box provided,
and then press the Submit button to have it delivered electronically via the Internet.
For the photocopy submission method you would enter your information on the
Photocopy Submission Form and print it out. You would then send
the printout and the photocopy of your blessing to us via the postal service.

Q) When I receive my reformatted blessing, what if there are errors?
A) Upon receiving your reformatted blessing, you are encouraged to
read it and compare it (word for word) with your original copy. If you find any errors,
simply note them on the reformatted copy and return it (the marked up reformatted copy) to
us within 30 days, and we will correct the error(s) you noted, and reprint and reassemble
a new copy and send it to you.

Q) How long does the service take (i.e., what's the turn-around time)?
A) Electronic submissions are usually mailed out two weeks after we
receive them, while photocopy submissions usually take about three weeks.

Q) Is the turn-around time longer at Christmas?
A) Yes. The number of orders we receive during the Christmas holiday
season is far greater than the number of orders we receive during other times of the year.
Therefore, turn around times are usually doubled.

Q) How is the reformatting done?
A) The reformatting process is fully computerized, using scanners
and Optical Character Recognition (for photocopy submissions) and specialized
computer software for reformatting the text and printing it. The printed pages are
then assembled, cut to size, and fit with double sided adhesive strips (to enable
permanent insertion into your scriptures).

Q) How do I pay for the service?
A) Payment for the service can be made by check (for photocopy
submissions), by credit card (for electronic or photocopy submissions), or by
providing a coupon code. The total amount due for any order is
shown on the page where you place the order. In cases when you use a coupon code,
the total amount due is reduced by the redemption value of the code.

Q) Is coupon code distribution limited to businesses?
A) No. Anyone (including individuals) can distribute the codes - and be
paid for it. It's free to become a distributor. Simply fill out our distributor form.
You will be given a link which anyone can use to order codes. If you have a web-site, you
can add the link to it. You can also include the link in any e-mails you send - perhaps as
part of your e-mail signature. And whenever anyone orders a code via your link, you get paid.
It's really that simple.
